Pullfrog is a batteries-included agentic GitHub bot that can securely index and triage your issues (among other things).

Pullfrog runs inside your repo's GitHub Actions, so model tokens are the only cost — and there are three ways to pay nothing for those:
- Pick the free Big Pickle model in the console. No key, no card.
- Bring your own provider key, or an existing Claude, Codex, Grok, Kimi Code, or OpenCode Go subscription. BYOK is never billed by Pullfrog.
- Maintain a repo with over 1,000 stars? Apply to Pullfrog for OSS and we cover a funded model for you.
1. Sign up
Pullfrog uses your GitHub account for authentication, so there's no new password to remember.
2. Install the GitHub App
You can limit the app's access to specific repositories during installation.
3. Onboard your repos
Pick the repos you want Pullfrog on and it adds a pullfrog.yml workflow to each.
4. Set up triage the way Dosu did it
- New issues — issue enrichment turns on for the repos you onboard here: Pullfrog answers each new issue with a triage plan, or with your own instructions if you brought a prompt.
- Follow-ups — Pullfrog answers when someone mentions @pullfrog. Turn on Include mentions from non-collaborators so your community can ask.
- Labels — turn on Label issues. Discussions are read-only for now; Pullfrog does not post in them yet.
